Chris has overall responsibility for the day-to-day administration work for the NEU Pension Scheme and leads the administration transition of the NUT Staff Superannuation Fund.

Chris heads the Manchester administration team and has over 20 years’ experience in pensions administration.

Lucy is your co-lead administrator who members deal with on a day-to-day basis. Lucy is a senior pensions administrator with over 8 years’ experience in the pensions industry, having joined First Actuarial in 2020. This includes administering the NUT Staff Superannuation Fund during her time at her previous employer, Mercer (formerly JLT).

Lis is your other co-lead administrator, maintaining the strong relationship she has built up both with former members of the ATL Pension Scheme and colleagues at the NEU who she deals with on a regular basis, reconciling salary and pension contribution data and preparing accounts.
